the E-club, you will receive news and updates
about Pinnacle Golf Properties and its
facilities along with access to online tee
times, special offers, golf packages, promotions
and more! Please note that we do not sell our
list to anyone, so your e-mail address will be
protected. We may share e-mail addresses with
one of our affiliate properties that we think
can offer products and services of interest to
you. You may unsubscribe to our e-club at any
time.
Eligibility:
The Win
A Free Year of Unlimited Golf sweepstakes
will end at 11:59 p.m. on the day before each
drawing when all entries must be received. The
winner will be selected in a random drawing to
be conducted by Pinnacle Golf Properties on the
day following the drawing as listed below.
Employees and family members of Pinnacle Golf
Properties or its affiliates are not eligible to
win. Winner will be contacted by phone and
email. Must be at least 18 years of age to
enter. Only one winner per household. Odds of
winning depend on number of entries received.
Void where prohibited by law. Entry and
acceptance of any prize constitutes permission
to use winner’s name, photograph, or other
likeness for the purpose of advertising,
publicity and promotion by Pinnacle Golf
Properties without additional compensation.
Pinnacle Golf Properties is not responsible for
any injury or damage to contestant’s or any
individual’s computer related to or resulting
from participating in or downloading any
materials in the sweepstakes.
Prizes:
Four (4) grand
prize winners will receive an annual pass valid from
the date each winner is announced. The announcement
dates are as follows; #1 - June 4, 2008 - #2 –
August 6, 2008 - #3 October 1, 2008, and #4 December 15,
2008. Golf privileges will begin the day following
the drawing and privileges are valid (for one (1)
year) at all of the following facilities: Tega Cay
Golf Club, Meadowlands Golf Club, Bryan Park Golf &
Enrichment Center, Stoney Creek Golf Club, The
Challenge Golf Club. The annual pass includes
complimentary green and cart fees. Other charges
such as food and beverage fees and other incidentals
may apply. Winners are responsible for all taxes.
Winners are required to prove eligibility and sign a
release. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or
transferable and no substitutions allowed. Some
restrictions may apply. Prizes must be claimed
within 30 days of notification of winning. All
unclaimed prizes or undeliverable prizes may result
in awarding prize to another winner. Pinnacle Golf
Properties is not responsible for claims, injuries,
losses or damage of any kind resulting form the
acceptance or use of any prize. Pinnacle Golf
Properties further reserves the right to cancel,
terminate or modify any promotion not capable of
completion as planned. Winners will be listed on the
Pinnacle Golf Properties website
